You will receive a Zoom link after booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Appointments canceled at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. If High Desert Mermaid needs to cancel your consultation, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Please complete any requested intake forms before your appointment so Emily can prepare for your consultation. High Desert Mermaid reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking due to non-payment, repeated cancellations, or incomplete intake information.
