Cancellation Policy
+ Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. + Appointments canceled at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional charge. + Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. + No-shows are non-refundable. + Event and workshop cancellation policies may vary and will be outlined during registration. + If High Desert Mermaid must cancel a service or event, clients will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. High Desert Mermaid reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings due to non-payment, repeated cancellations, or circumstances that prevent services from being safely provided.
