A Life Rooted in Beauty & Wellness
For nearly two decades, I’ve explored the intersection of beauty, wellness, and holistic healing. From California to Sedona and now home in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, each chapter has shaped the way I work today, blending skin care, restorative touch, and sound into experiences rooted in intention, connection, and care.
Beauty was the beginning.
Healing runs deeper.
My path began in beauty more than 17 years ago, but the roots of this work reach much further back.
I come from a lineage of healers. Sound has a particularly special place in my story. My mom handcrafted gongs, creating instruments that carried both her artistry and her healing intention.
Over the years, my own path carried me through California, Arizona, and the many worlds of beauty and holistic wellness. Skin care, restorative touch, sound, and energy work gradually began to weave together, each becoming another way to help people soften, reconnect, and feel more at home within themselves.
High Desert Mermaid grew from that weaving: a practice shaped by where I’ve been, what I’ve learned, and the healing legacy I’m honored to carry forward.
Every instrument has a story.
Each instrument in my collection has its own story, voice, and frequency. Some have been passed down, some handcrafted with intention, and others have found their way to me through different chapters of my life and work.
Gongs, singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and percussion each bring their own tone and vibration into the space. I intuitively weave these frequencies together, allowing the sound to build, soften, shift, and create an experience that is unique every time.
These instruments have traveled alongside me, carrying stories of their own into every sound journey I share.

Years of experience working with sound, frequency, and vibration, supported by ongoing study and hands-on practice with gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.

Training and experience in energy healing and holistic wellness practices that inform an intuitive, whole-person approach to creating space for rest, balance, connection, and restoration.
Somewhere between desert and water,
I found home.
I’ve always been drawn to places that seem like opposites. The stillness and warmth of the desert. The movement and mystery of water. One asks you to root deeply; the other reminds you to flow.
High Desert Mermaid was born somewhere between the two. It reflects the landscapes that have shaped me, the places I’ve called home, and the way I’ve learned to move through life: grounded enough to grow roots, fluid enough to follow where the current leads.
