Please join us for this weekend retreat, communing on the sacred land and waters of Ancient Springs Retreat Center, in Cornville Arizona, honoring the healing powers of Nature and Sisterhood. This immersive experience will invite you to connect deeply with the rhythms of Nature through sacred sound, feminine community, ceremonial dance, self-exploration, and quiet introspection within a Soul-nourishing environment. 

This Experience Will Include:

• Opening and closing circle ceremony

• Communion with the local flora and fauna Spirits as our guides and teachers

• Feminine somatic dance workshop and deep sound bath experience

• A chance to discover and express your unique sound with your personal gong for the weekend

• Guided silent tea ceremony with guest facilitator, Kat Sage

• Feminine play, Nature connection, relaxation, and inner exploration

• Flexible time during the day to choose your own experience: explore Sedona, go for a hike, rest, bathe in the waters, or choose one of our add on experiences!

• Local organic food grown and made on property by two female chefs
