Hi, I’m Emily - sound healing therapist, holistic esthetician, and the heart behind High Desert Mermaid. My work weaves nervous system care, energetic balance, and natural beauty. Through sound, touch, and intention, I create experiences that help people slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves. Whether I’m hosting a group sound bath, giving a facial, or guiding someone through breath and stillness, my intention is always the same: to offer a space that feels deeply supportive, peaceful, and real.
How I Got Here

Since 2021, I’ve been offering sound baths and skin therapies to individuals, groups, and even large companies - each session holding space for people to reconnect, release, and remember who they are beneath the noise.
My Work Today
My work today is a reflection of everything that’s shaped me - years of personal healing, deep listening, and the ongoing practice of slowing down. I offer sound baths, holistic facials, and wellness support because these are the practices that helped me feel safe in my body again.
Each sound bath is guided by intuition, handmade gongs, and a love for the quiet power of vibration. My facials are grounded in touch, breath, and plant-based care - less about fixing, more about returning. Whether I’m working with a group, holding space at a retreat, or one-on-one in a treatment room, I approach it all with the same intention: to create experiences that feel calming, honest, and deeply supportive.
